The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period by them or their party.
A $400 fee applies for each carpet or seat burn, and a sanitation fee of $300 will be charged if necessary.
Alcohol and drug use are prohibited by law, and customers are responsible for any fines incurred.
Drivers may terminate the trip without a refund in cases of client misconduct.
Standing through the sunroof is illegal.
Smoking and vaping in the vehicle are prohibited, with a $200 cleaning fee applied if this rule is violated.
Overtime charges apply after 15 minutes of the prearranged pick-up time if the car is available to wait.
Once the free 15 minutes are used, the hourly rate plus driver gratuity will be charged ($99 for SUVs, $159 for vans).
Transfers between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM incur an additional fee of $50-$100, depending on the time.
Denver transfers include regular routes; a $30 toll fee will apply if the express lane is used.
For transfers over 1 hour, customers may make one stop for up to 15 minutes.
Longer stops must be prearranged and will incur an hourly rate plus driver gratuity.
Private jet transfers incur an additional fee ($30 at Eagle Jet Center, and $90 at Rifle Garfield County Airport).
The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unsafe winter road conditions or for items left in the vehicle.
Vehicles cannot exceed seating capacity.
