Reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer date. During holiday periods, reservations are non-refundable within 72 hours. The Company is not responsible for cancelled flights, trips, activities, or events.
The Company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown during a charter. In such cases, the Company will only be responsible for rescheduling lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or their party during the rental period. Fees include:

$400 for each carpet or seat burn

$300 sanitation fee

$200 cleaning fee for smoking or vaping violations

$100 cleaning fee for animal transportation
Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the client. The driver reserves the right to terminate the service without refund in cases of blatant indiscretion or unsafe behavior. Standing through the sunroof is illegal.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 cleaning fee charged to the client.
A 15-minute grace period is included at pick-up. After that, if the vehicle is able to wait, overtime charges will apply:

SUV: $119/hour + driver gratuity

Van: $199/hour + driver gratuity
Transfers scheduled after 10:00 PM or before 6:00 AM are subject to an additional fee of $50–$100, depending on the time.
For transfers lasting more than one hour, one complimentary 15-minute stop is allowed. Any additional or extended stops must be pre-arranged in advance and will incur a fee of $99 + driver gratuity.
For Denver transfers, the quoted price applies to standard routes. If the client requests the express lane, an additional $30 toll fee will be added.
Private jet pick-ups are subject to additional fees:

The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unsafe winter road conditions (ice, snow, accidents, unsalted roads, etc.).
The Company is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
All balances must be paid 48 hours before pick-up time. Signature is not required for this agreement.
